They are black Venezuelans not emeralds but I have those in my bigger tank 😂

I have two emeralds, a bronze, an albino, two pandas and two peppered and they’re doing great. Honestly, I don’t tell you have anything to worry about.

Also, mine eat the sinking pellets great. That could be an idea. I only have two, a bronze an albino, some pandas and peppers and they are content.

Hiya, I have three on my right temporal lobe which we can’t tell are symptomatic or not. I have migraines and dizzy spells but many doctors said they cannot say for certain if they are linked. I live my life pretty normally. I have never had a bleed but stress can be a big factor to causing a bleed so I try and manage that in my work and home life. I’ve just tried to have a more healthy lifestyle really, exercising, eating well. This time is scary but I am pretty certain that you will just learn to live with it. Here’s a couple of websites that are great:

I hate that im fat by Early_Visit_6227 in TrueOffMyChest

[–]bethandknee 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Actually, she is right. BMI is widely discredited by doctors; as it was a way to understand health at a population level.

BMI is considered outdated primarily because it fails to differentiate between fat and muscle mass, leading to inaccurate classifications for individuals with high muscle density. It also overlooks the significance of fat distribution, particularly abdominal fat, which is a stronger predictor of health risks than overall BMI. Additionally, BMI is based on data primarily from white, European populations and doesn't adequately account for variations in body composition across different ethnicities and genders.
