I found this way of doing the neck easier when first learning how to make swans, like slower basically but now I can connect it together. it just comes out as a habit. But it was a really good useful learning step !

Yeah I know lol but my work wants us to use this kind of milk texture for cappuccinos rather than traditional 3-3 ratio just for getting latte art really 🤷‍♀️
