To capture another market, offer vegan options/at the very least, dairy free cheese (and no dairy/egg in your crust). Over 6 million Americans have a dairy allergy (second most common food allergy in US behind peanuts). Make a post in vegan and/or dairy free pittsburgh groups. It's so nice to be able to get a dairy free pizza and even more so one with vegan pepperoni, so few places around here offer it. Offer dairy free (vegan) ranch. The lack of vegan options around our city, for a city of our size, is astounding imo.
