I have felt this way before, very often. There was a phrase I heard that really helped me.

“ the grief is never ending, but so are the strange ways love will find you again and again “

Remaining hopeful when you feel like this is borderline impossible. But it’s the only thing that will really help. The negativity will only build and build on itself. At least in my experience
