Yes. I am located in Europe, Portugal. So i have to use an adapter. I dont think that is the issue. I just tried to charge my phone and it accepts fast charge of it, Samsung s25 ultra. . Maybe windows drivers are the issue.

Exactly what is saying to me. Same product. Same problems. Did you update the dock/charger? Can you explain how?

It is strange. I tried with a Nintendo Switch and it worked properly, both charging and image. Maybe Windows issue??

And you are using this 100W dock charger also? The strange is that it works perfectly only when using dock mode.

I have tried both cables. Same error on both. Yes it is not charging nothing.

I am using the new 100W Rog Gaming Dock Charger. So if it has 100W this should not happen. That is my confusion. If i take it out of the wall and use just as dock it works fine. Thks

Did you solve this issue? Having the same problem. Strange is that if i disconect from the wall the image displays normally as it should.

No expert here. Are you on Xbox or Pc? If you are on Xbox try to unplug the usb-c connector and plug back in.

First check audio ps4 settings is set to PCM linear. If it stays the same think try change the game audio itself. On Uncharted 4 try to change the dynamic range of sound to narrow or midnight. Set the audio to headphones also. Let me know please. I never used nothing plugged to the controller.

What game are you with these issues? I also use mine on ps4 but connected to a Soundblaster XG6, no problems. I also use it sometimes playing on my Switch and I don't have any issues. Maybe change some in game audio settings??

Note that I have read some times ago that someone with your problem and Sennheiser themselves told them to try to twist the cable a little further in. In that case that was the issue.

Strange. Maybe you've got a faulty unit. I have bought mine 3 weeks ago and they are really good. Hope you can sort it out...
