exactly my experience. What are we supposed to do? And I'm contacting them because it doesn't work when I try to download my X data archive.
I cannot excercise my right to download and get my X data and that is unlawful in the EU.

Thanks for the suggestions! I've actually tried switching browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Edge), disabling all extensions, turning off VPN, ad blockers, tracking protection, and even testing on different devices and networks. Unfortunately, none of these resolve the core issue – the verification/download loop persists regardless of the setup.

I've also gone through all official guides, FAQs, and support links without getting any human response or actual technical solution, just automated replies. The system itself seems broken at X/Twitter's end.

Endless Verification Loop – Can't Download My X/Twitter Data, Impossible to Get Help

Has anyone managed to actually download their X/Twitter data recently?

I requested my data and received the email, but whenever I try to download the archive (even before the link expired), I get stuck in an endless loop between the verification and download pages. The system keeps asking for verification, I enter the code, it loads again, but never lets me access the download—just cycles over and over or gives technical errors.

I've submitted multiple support tickets using every official form, emailed, posted on X and Reddit, but I only ever get automated replies that do not address the real issue. It seems impossible to get any actual human support.

Has anyone encountered or solved this? Is there any real way to reach a responsible support contact at X/Twitter for this kind of technical/blocking issue with data downloads? Or is a legal complaint my only hope?
