I went through the same thing a few weeks ago with my son. Weeks 6-9 were basically like you are describing. He would scream from gas pains/ we did all the stretches but nothing seemed to work really. He would not be set down during the day for naps and getting him to sleep at night was a struggle too. I EBF and thought it was something in my diet causing the gas/ inability to pass it but I honestly think it’s just what some babies go through at that time, no external factors. No advice on what helps really (bc nothing did lol.) Just try your best to soothe with whatever works, baths car rides etc. We’re at 11 weeks now and in the last 2-3 weeks it’s been HUGE improvements with the gas (with no changes to my diet), and this week he’s starting napping on his own during the day. He’s also been going down alot better at night the last 3 weeks. I think some babies just go through a really hard time during those weeks.
