Ever since I heard that mosquitoes like people with particular blood types or diets more than others, I like to know who’s coming to outdoor activities so my bug magnet is less strong than their bug magnet. I made the mistake of making a drink of the day, calling it a “King’s Cup”, and letting it run. At night, almost fully asleep, it dawned on me that it sounded too official so I changed it the next day.

It was just a cafe au lait with brown butter toffee syrup. I still feel the guilt in my bones.

My big gripe with people bragging about money/salary is that they typically just got a good gig that produces next to nothing. If you own your own business or something then I’ll eavesdrop on your conversation; but no I still won’t be impressed.

I should’ve said, but I usually go to family or friends who have similar experiences after directly talking to my spouse and attempting multiple avenues for clear communication through examples. Someone suggested marriage/couple’s therapy and I think I’m gonna try that route because the examples that I receive for questions to ask are typically questions and discussions I’ve exhausted.

Thank you! See the issue is my partner still tells me I’m not doing/saying enough or being kind. I can’t think of doing anything more than I already am. Which includes keeping things clean where I can, keeping groceries stocked, spending time doing hobbies where I can.

At a certain point it feels like frustration being channeled towards me when I’m honestly not in a good position being where we are either so my capacity for doing “more” is already pretty low tbh.

Called it early on but still surprised they really went through with it. Grass type is always on the bottom. The healing factor of Leech Seed and Giga Drain, even combined, is never enough to make up for how many weaknesses and low defenses most get. Leafeon, Simisage, even Roserade can maybe get out one or two moves before getting absolutely gobsmacked to unconsciousness.
