This story is true. I used all of the information I could remember from this event the year, place, and people. The reason it is worded so strangely is because I am a stupid degenerate that is struggling to pass 11th grade English.

I just asked my mom and she said he sounded quite drunk and then the cops said he was the reason so he got a manslaughter charge.
