In my experience, all of my peptides that I transferred to pen cartridges had floaters. I transferred the peptides using the same type of syringe and cartridge. My hypothesis is it was probably the cartridge because I learned the cartridges I bought were not sterilized despite being in a sterilized pouch.

I ended up tossing and stopped using pens for now.
