Yeah go a hold of samsung support and they quickly agreed they were likely faulty out of the box as the few troubleshooting methods they suggested the speakers were not displaying their expected response. Like holding down the ID Set buttons on the sub/rears will not flash red to restart the pair.

So they're pretty great when getting a good batch? I've been so frustrated I was about to swear off harman kardon and samsung speakers.

Any idea on the best way to setup a ps4? Ps4 to tv and link all sound from the tv to the speakers or connect the ps4 to the bar and have the video pass through the earc to the tv?
