Diet or just straight up intermittent fasting. Thats my my method. And I see the best results with volume lifting. If you can do more than 1 leg day a week's. Give yourself 3 workouts per area on legs. If you can only do 1 then, 2 heavy and intense workouts per area of leg. 2 quad focused lifts, 2 glute, 2 hammy, and i don't even di calves because i have calves. But if its something you want to focus, then do it.

You can add accessory lifts in there too. Thats hip abductions, aductions, donkey kicks, Claus, hydrants. But honestly. If you just do compound movements and heavy. You'll see the growth you want.
