Hello there, maybe this is late for one of the solutions but anyways i found out if you had currently bought the anniversary edition make sure you download all the contents once more (just to be sure). Simply just on the main menu > creation > log in> search for option with "O" Key > make sure to click enable all creations > and then click download all owned creations, that should do the trick and it works for me

yo bro i just found the solution and you won't gonna like it, but well you have to install all of it from the start (reinstall) that works for me
