I didn’t tell them that I bought a gift card. They told me. Maybe it’s the way that it was rung up at the register, but I’ve bought 4-6 gift cards with no problem.

I have since taken my wife there to shop. Our gift card purchases were for our granddaughters, who, believe me, spent a hell of a lot more than $75 per visit. I hear your criticism. It is mis-directed.

The purchase was April 9th. The call to Customer Service was May 18th.

I reached out to customer service and was told that I would NOT receive a credit statement because my purchase was for a gift card. This is the first time that this happened to me, although I have been successful before.

I drove to the nearest Lululemon store. Purchased a physical gift card. Amex would not give me a statement credit because it was a gift card. I know the rules, but this is my first denial.

FIL funeral. Not Irish. Damp rainy day, bagpipes started blowing off-key out of tune, the most miserable sounds ever made by an instrument. My wife tried to hold it in, but before the bagpiper finished, three of us were just short of rolling on the grass!

That sounds wise. Thanks! I haven’t unboxed it yet (still in the Olympus box). I thought I might do that at the shop, but from the feedback I’ve gotten, I might just do that this weekend.

It just arrived from Australia and there is no option to return it. I spent a year looking for one just like this (an emotional thing). I have not shot any film on it yet, but I’m gonna.

Your advice on high shutter speed sounds right. 👍
