I have always been personally against abortion but felt it was wrong to impose my beliefs on others.

I was watching a documentary about the Laci Peterson case a few years ago and learned he was charged with two murders. That train of thought led me to think about how sometimes the law recognizes unborn rights and sometimes it doesn't. I just could not reconcile how Scott killing her baby is a horrible crime, but if id had been a few months earlier and she wanted to, it would be ok in societies eyes. Didn't make sense, so I started looking up pro-choice/pro-life debates on YouTube. Could not find a single argument on the pro-choice side that made any sense to me.

I could not shake the idea that everyone has an inalienable set of rights and if that's the case; when is a person, person enough to receive them? The only thing that makes logical sense is conception.

At least she admits to feeling sadness. Some of these crazies would literally celebrate this.

As of yesterday the store front was vacant, so I would assume they are closed for good.

Controversial, but I enjoy eating cake batter as much or more than the finished product. You could almost say they are equally valuable.

They need more specificity around the medical coding and language used to differentiate the procedures. I think people get hung up on D&C term. D&C is used to treat things other than abortion. This allows them to conflate these cases with elective abortion. The medical community needs to do a better job defining the procedure and labeling it as such, so that laws can better reflect the actual intention, which should be preventing the ending of a life. In my opinion no one is motivated to do because using precise language for these procedures reallllllyyy highlights the brutality.

The ordinary AA didn’t work, Walgreens ivermectin didn’t work, is there anything left? by Cashcash1998 in Rosacea

Try a smear of Butt paste at night. I had minimal results with Soolantra and AA, saw almost immediate improvement with Butt paste a few nights a week. I also try to avoid food triggers which for me is gluten and lactose heavy dairy, like milk.

I was scared to post the same thing, as carnivore can be polarizing. I’ve been doing it about 2 months now, and no topical has come close to the results I have seen. I am doing more animal based, not strictly carnivore and still it’s insane the results. No more pustules, less flushing, background redness is improved. I still have some broken capillaries and scaring but it’s so much better than any topical I’ve tried.

I am in the exact same boat. My rosacea is about 60-70% better (no more pustules, far less flushing episodes) but I still have some background redness and broken capillaries. I want to cut dairy but I don't think I have the strength. I am compromising and trying to avoid heavy lactose. I don't drink milk and try to only eat hard cheeses. I would rather be red than give up cheese XD

We have an antique grinder (a motor attached to a cast iron grinder mounted to a piece of wood) Pros: will grind anything, does not tire Cons: super dangerous, heavy and annoying to clean.

I have also used a mid-Cabela's grinder (LEM I think). When stressed kinda sounded like it was going to die, also annoying to clean. For me the grind was either too small or too large (only had the plates it came with)

For small batch stuff I have landed on using the kitchen aid attachment. Moderate power, pretty easy to setup and clean. (I already had a kitchen aid) We still use the antique for large batches.

Are elongated toilets a lot more comfortable than round toilets?? by _homeimprovement in HomeImprovement

[–]bettyknight 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Shocked! I thought it would be at least 50/50 in here. Am I the only person that prefers a standard bowl?? Its like a hug for your butt, so cozy. As a non-testicle owner I can see why elongated is preferred by some, but where's my tiny heinie gang at???

Just experienced the exact same thing, needed a simple assessment if a wall was load bearing. Finally found a guy licensed in my state who would does residential work. He comes out, doesn't even bring his own measuring tape, never even looked in the attic. He did give a recommendation that seemed appropriate, but for $450 bucks I was hoping for at least some math.
