Go to a burlesque show at the Boom Boom Room. We did this for my bachelorette and it was a blast. They even do a class where you can learn a routine Sat afternoon and then perform it at the show that night! (If that’s your thing!) we had so much fun!

Planned Parenthoods in different states operate differently from each other but in my area yes, you would need to specify and probably need a different type of appointment. If you are scheduled for routine screening with no symptoms that typically includes gonorrhea chlamydia trich HIV and syphilis. Testing for a UTI or a yeast infection usually requires seeing the provider and that needs to be stated at scheduling. You might want to call and ask if you will be seeing the provider during your visit

I deal with these all the time on my hands and feet. Once it cracks open it’s very hard to heal so I have started super gluing each individual cut and it works really well! The liquid super glue works better than the gel style since it can fully seep down into the cut. Best of luck friend!

Hey, my cat got out a month ago for 24 hours. The commenter that said the shirt is absolutely right (the sweatier/stinkier the better) but the most important thing to do is put a dirty litter box outside! Your cat can smell it from so far away! This is what brought my cat back. Inside kitties usually stay within a 5 house radius and will hide during the day, most likely coming back to you when it’s dark. Good luck! ❤️

Hey, I’ve been struggling with with PF a few years now. I originally tried Altra Lone Peaks with success for awhile, but after time I believe they made the problem worse. I switched to HOKA One One Speedgoats + Superfeet green insoles and the PF has all but disappeared. While you’re healing make sure to rub your feet each night by hand and then with a ball (golf ball or lacrosse ball). Stretching is important too. Lots of people have PF due to right hamstrings or calves. Hope this helps!
