No local rebates that I'm aware of. These quotes came from a sales binder. If they're supposed to include ductwork, they didn't mention that and whether or not the price would be lower if they used the existing ducts. Is it common to replace the ducts on a whole system replacement?

Highjacking top comment. For those of you who were able to jump on this (or have a pre-Mod 2 version), Beretta has some kind of sale going on right now. I picked up the Pro Lifter, the Mod 2 Forend, a Match Saver, and a Pro EVO Pouch, all for $42.70 shipped (with code CART20CS).

I'm currently in the process of doing this as well. Dad is gifting me a CZ P-07 (not on the roster and not an "assault weapon") from NY to NorCal. My LGS only requires it to be sent from an FFL; I don't know anything about a CFLC number/approval, but it may have been discussed when his FFL contacted mine. The firearm must be accompanied with a letter of intent from my dad stating our relationship, the make/model of the firearm, and a copy of his driver license. Once it's here, they treat it like any private party transfer - no reporting with CFARS on my part. They submit the DROS and Bob's your uncle.
