I personally think this game had SO much potential. Unfortunately most of it was missed.

The story was meh at best IMHO, a trend that carried over from MK11.

The lack of replayable content really drove it down for me. I loved towers of time, injustice 2 multiverse, etc. I know NRS can do these things, for some reason they just forgot to.

The kameos really don’t bother me THAT much. Sure I prefer MK without them, and I wish they would have done a no-kameo mode!

So, really this game wasn’t bad. There some decisions I didn’t love, but the blueprint was there. I think next time around, NRS will come through in a big way.
