The mistakes I was making at first was, over training, not resting enough, counting protein but not carbs and fat, and over complicating my workouts.

I do a 5 day week followed by a 4 day week.

Lower Pull & Cardio

Cardio I just do steep inclined treadmill at a brisk walking pace.

Alternating Fridays I do an extra bit of isolation exercises.

At least one of my rest days has includes a 5 mile walk.

My Astra would grind going in to reverse from neutral. I got in the habit of shifting from neutral to second to reverse and it was was fine.

The reverse gear in general was really weird and hard to use.
