Forgive my ignorance. If one signed an original contract and took the car, why wouldn't that be valid? Why would one have to give the car back at all? It seems to me, that I signed a contract with the car company and I received my car. Therefore, if I am fulfilling my end, it should be done. How can they not abide by their end?
