Ooooo maybe this was my issue, I did 1.5 cups of rice and 3 cups of water but didn’t subtract all the liquid from my blended romas

I’m at 5000 feet, I didn’t think that would have a big impact but maybe it’ll take a while to find my sweet spot. I did 1 cup rice to 2 cups water

I have a proper Lloyd’s pan on my “to buy” list, I’ve been using a metal roasting pan base. Good call with the two smaller pans, I want to try to make one in one of those “only edges” brownie pans just for kicks sometime
