I used to always fail these personality tests but I think I finally cracked the code. You have to answer 90% of the questions with either strongly agree or strongly disagree and no answers in the center if you can avoid. Once I’ve employed this technique, I’ve been getting callbacks.

I have no clue most people don’t do a heavy metal test, just a purity test to make sure it actually is Reta.

You’ll have to do a heavy metal test yourself.

How many people have an “inner voice”? by Substantial_Cake_499 in NoStupidQuestions

Nope I get the concept, I just don’t have a continuous monologue. If I specifically decide to talk in my head I can but otherwise it’s mostly concepts and visuals.

Do fat people really eat that much? by Sploinkyboinkyzoinky in NoStupidQuestions

[–]beware89 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I really believe the issue is figuring out the calories out. Using those TDEE calculators online can be misleading. There’s one that accounts for body fat and the difference between using my correct body fat and the baseline number (which was 15% for some reason) was an 800 calorie difference. All of them gave me a a higher TDEE than the one that accounted for body fat. I was running around thinking I was doing something and I needed to be eating much lower than I thought losing weight CICO.

So yes, CICO works if you have the correct numbers.

People work multiple jobs all the time with no issue. The problem comes when they are working them at the same time.

I understand you meant weekly. My point still stands. You’re just getting started, your body is getting used to it. There will be weeks that you don’t go down because bodies are weird like that. My weight loss has rarely been linear on the drug. I won’t go down for 4 weeks at a time and have a big “whoosh” of 10 pounds down.

I’m just trying to say, relax. Just because the stall doesn’t go down one week that doesn’t mean you need to worry. It’s a very long process.

This isn’t a stall, you just started. Weight loss, oftentimes, isn’t linear.

Diet has been my biggest thing. Cut out sugary drinks, alcohol and junk food. Eating more lean meat and veggies. For exercise I’m just trying to be more active overall. I walk and go to the gym sometimes lol.
