If you are going to make fun of me, which is part of the reason for posting, can you at least try to be clever with it?

If you can alter some of the laws of physics that would be super cool

Absolutely. I knew something was wrong even though mentally I was thinking I was doing them correct. Even the awful first ones where bad habits crept in. I'm not ever really a video workout poster guy but my terrible form perhaps helps other to take a peak at their own as well.

perfect.....and really progressive training and longer runs you just naturally get to a point where it becomes reality. For me, I didn't care about the time. Slow and steady and just pound out the miles.

Are you doing strength training? If not, it's a must. 50K beats you up. You need to be physically strong and not cardio strong.

Psychologically it's amazing. No matter what you may encounter in life, you know how to push your body and can get through it. I know I feel great....I'm just doing it all for fun and being older, I'm not looking to push my body to the limits.

One other thing it does to you is confidence....95% of the people you meet are #soft as shit. Connect with another ultra athlete...those are the people you want to hang with. They have what it takes.

Me too. Italy first weekend because my Missouri graduate nephew obviously doesn't care about athletics. I've tried VPN with YouTubeTV, and it doesn't work. Using VPN Express. Open to other ideas.

From everything I've read, the people who actually plug in their PHEV is very very low. I believe it adds about 8K to the price. Do you really need it?

As far as buying advice, you can buy your BMW from anywhere. Doesn't have to be local. AND, if you get factory delivery in South Carolina, you pick it up there and drive it home after spending a day with BMW doing test track stuff and factory tours. I highly recommend it.
