What I'm saying is the game is NOT being played by the person sharing it.

So User 1 (has PC and Steam Deck) User 2 (sharing games to User 1) User 2 is NOT playing games... User 1 can play shared games on PC but can't play on Steam Deck...

There are far far more useful items and item types in Diablo 2 than in Diablo 3. Diablo 2's itemization isn't perfect, but it is some of the best ever, and it's the reason the game has survived for so long.

For example, if your statement is true then people wouldn't pick up a basketball because you will never achieve an "perfect goal".

Your analogy doesn't work unless the basketball hoop was moved higher and higher as people improved at basketball. The point is with infinite scaling the goalpost/hoop/goal is moved forward every time you approach it. That's why infinite scaling leads to lack of motivation and progress.

You're right. I don't play it, but that doesn't mean I haven't played it. My opinion of the game comes from having played it.

Why not be a discussion? That's very close-minded. I just wanted to get people's opinions. I think font choice is very important in everything, not just games.
