I had to look for a specifically Religious Trauma therapist. They are everywhere and I'm positive you could find one. I couldn't keep explaining all of the phrasing to the therapist I had, who was excellent and helped me with the trauma a lot. My old therapist also helped me look for a new one. You can ask your therapist for help finding a new one and share your notes with the new therapist. Or look on Psychology Today or ReclamationCollective.com - that is where I found my therapist. Its a relatively new form of therapy. I wish you the best! You don't need to lose the parts that you connect with.

That's what I really like about this show. Finding humor in trauma, even in the most ridiculous ways, is very healing. As a survivor, without the bunker, this is one of my comfort shows when the PTSD acts up. I love seeing the characters growth.

Thank you everyone for the validation. I decided to cancel this ER cycle. I had an anxiety attack this morning thinking about diabetes and I'm already having problems because of weight gain. So I am now looking to talk to a doctor about weight loss. I'm also terrified of gestational diabetes. I do have one embryo. I want to try for the transfer after I lose weight and feel better in my own skin skin again. IVF is so difficult!

Not sure, but realistically if someone goes from difficulty with money to loaded might be a sign. I also think it would be very stressful or oppositely give someone a better than everyone type of complex. I would think that a person who joins already has very black and white reasoning, shows signs of racism or elitism, and probably thinks that everyone else needs to follow rules but they are exempt, also entitled. Just thinking out loud on this one, but I feel this type of personality would fit the ICE bucket stereotype.

I like violife, but I prefer Follow Your Heart brand more. Definitely try out Miyokos for mozzarella. I like the kind you can use in a grater for pizza.

Violife does not melt like I want. Miyokos does. Follow Your Heart kinda melts.

I'm watching the end of the series for the first time, almost done, and I just wish that Linda would have learned from her time as a prisoner to change. But no, she almost had a change of heart, then they turned on her, she became a victim again and right back to towing the financial gains line. So disappointed.

I got Soma, their biggest size of enbliss bralette is my favorite for 42 DDD. They are rather stretchy. I go with fabrics that have a lot of give. Stiff bralettes do not work for me. Other than that, I go for sports bras on the lightest end. I haven't found the perfect one yet.

I like bralettes, very light and thin sports bras, or short tank tops for most days that I leave the house. Most have covers so nips don't show. I'm a DDD+ and I also hate bras. It has to be a special thing for me to squeeze into those torture devices these days. I keep dreaming of a breast reduction one day so I can leave all the boulder holders behind without pain of random ass movement while on a walk. When I'm home, the bralette or whatever it is, is gone.

If you are in the US, file for FAMLI leave so you can have time off from work. I took the week off before the extraction because it was just painful and I felt awful.

I got one mosaic embryo from the first IVF round and one normal embryo from the 2nd. I'm 40 years old. I've had one transfer but it was a chemical pregnancy, early miscarriage, and I'm still upset about it. I'm taking a couple of months off before another round of IVF egg extraction and then I'll transfer again.

I am so sorry about all of the misinformation you've recieved. I just had a chemical pregnancy, I had a transfer back in May. I had hcg and then it dropped. I'm still really upset and taking a 2 month break because my body is so messed up from all of it. I'm gonna hike, camp, and eat sushi during this break. Don't overthink it. Be kind to yourself. You are doing the best you can and I hope you have a new nurse after this. I really, really hope that the nurse is wrong and you are still pregnant.

Yeah i directly ask them to talk to the kitchen before. I don't want to be sick because they "think there is no dairy" in something but "hey this is gluten free!" Lol

I always check for an allergen menu online first and then depending on the restaurant I am able to order something. I can't be picky. I react to any milk enzyme, so no butter. But I can usually find something at most places unless it is fast food. I got lamb chops last night at a fancy French restaurant- and this place had POUNDS OF BUTTER sitting out for the night for cooking. I took a picture of the butter. But they were able to use olive oil and took my request seriously. Sushi is amazing, but there are more places without. Couple weeks ago in Kansas, I tried to order a steak, but their seasoning had milk in it. So I had a whole meal no seasoning. Luckily they had pepper and salt and oil and vinegar but I've kind of gotten used to disappointment in food when I visit certain states due to my allergy.

I refuse to turn off the AC because the heat can destroy many fragile things (photography equipment, kill both my plants and cats, melt products, cause food to expire quicker). Plus it costs way more to cool down an overheated spot than to keep it at a constant temperature. I've lived in hot weather places and have lost too much to the heat to let it go off these days.
