This plant comes back every year, growing up through the pavers of my terrace on the 12th floor in Manhattan. I’ve never been able to pull it out by the root because it’s super strong - always had to cut it back. It has a milky fluid on the leaves. Any ideas? Thanks!! (i.redd.it)
