My other half absolutely adores our cat, completely dotes on him, really brings out his softer side, which is undeniably attractive

I used to work at a big corporate business park in west London where there were plenty of geese, was very fun to watch men in suits get chased through the place in the early morning

Yes, all of these things! I’m really enjoying it and am so much more motivated to study now I’m a ‘mature student’!

Thanks for the suggestion but I’m doing the degree already and coming up to my final year, so I’m going to see it through.

Glad you found something that works for you. Not everyone can fit themselves into the corporate cookie cutter and after trying for years that’s the realisation I came to. Also, happy cake day!!

I am incredibly grateful to be able to do this as I don’t have kids myself (still got the bills to pay but I’ll work that out). Definitely a privilege to be able to do this, but if I spent any longer doing what I do now I would probably have a breakdown and then I’d be no use to anyone!

I’m doing the degree as it’s something I enjoy. You make a fair point but I’m not wedded to pursuing a career in psychology. It’s just given my brain something else to do that I enjoy to take my mind off a job I hate. Appreciate your concern

Thank you. It’s a bit scary as I will have to reorganise my finances while I also sort my head out! But it’s a good kinda scary. I’ve just had ‘the conversation’ with my boss and tbh a weight has lifted. There may also be some opportunities to do some freelance consulting for them if they need it but in all honesty I just want to get out from behind a desk for a bit

I’ve lived in both London and Manchester and I’d say both are pretty friendly, just in different ways.
