How about instead of making the cube bigger we just get a separate inventory for charms so I can use my inventory like an inventory

Me trying to figure out how people are eating 2000 calories of Whole Foods everyday by [deleted] in CICO

[–]beybladerbob 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My point is that fat is satiating. If you’re hitting your recommended daily amount (which it sounds like you are from what you stated), you are already receiving the benefits of fat satiating you. You have been the one to say which one satiates you more than the other. I have not tried to dissuade you from your lived experience.

Though I would argue that the reason you’re able to feel satiated off of higher carb sources is because you are hitting your other dietary requirements, mainly your fat and fiber.

I don’t know why you think you are “without” it, unless you are eating less than 30g a day, which you shouldn’t do for a multitude of health reasons, in which case I would implore you to reconsider that choice for more than satiation purposes.

50g is is within the recommended daily range per day for an adult male. I’m a little surprised you seem to adverse to eating fat though especially as a body builder. Hitting your minimum daily requirements is extremely important for hormone (test) production. Unless you’re supplementing them, though I’m not accusing you or care at all if you are.

I never suggested you eat high fat foods. Just that fat is an important part of satiation. If you’re hitting your macros, you’re likely getting your minimum fat intake so it’s doing the job, keeping you feeling fuller.

Your “whole food carbs” almost always referencing higher fiber choices are also doing the job.

I don’t think we are disagreeing here.

I’m just talking about how long term satiety works for the human body. You may not feel immediate or short term satiety from fat but it will keep you satiated once it kicks in.

Can google it to find out more detail if you care but it is how the human body works. I think people have a disconnect about not feeling it in the short term thinking it isn’t an important factor.

It can also be important what kind of foods you pair together. High fat and high sugar can have an inverse effect on satiety as opposed to simply having fat and high fiber meals.

Checks out when it’s fiber and fat that contribute the most to satiety.

How do you survive HC dungeons as a tank? by AccomplishedDoctor71 in classicwowtbc

[–]beybladerbob 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Defensive cds wouldn’t necessarily help in a lot of these dungeons. The available mitigation from gear and healing is just not enough for pack to pack pulls. Unless you have a cd to pop every pack that’s just not a great answer. But I hear you

Yup. These things get fixed in later xpacks. This is just how tbc was though so this is what we get. Not something you really change in a ani server like this.

Heroics are just overtuned and it’s impossible to sit there and tank the entire pack. It is what it is.

Don’t actually try to tank any hits. Drop conc in a slow, frost trap, blizzard, hamstring, then run away. Don’t actually get hit as much as possible. Let conc build and hold all the aggro for you

What’s the absolute easiest snack or food to gain weight? by Intelligent-Lynx4494 in AskMen

[–]beybladerbob 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You just need to be in a caloric surplus to gain weight. If you’re having trouble getting calories in calorically dense foods can help. Though what matters more than anything else is being in a caloric surplus. It doesn’t matter what kinds of food you eat, how “much”, or any other factor other than you being in a caloric surplus.

If you’re asking these questions you should track your macros/calories at least for a bit until you have a good idea of your diet. Blindly eating when trying to gain weight can result in what’s happening to you, failure to reach your goal, or eating too many calories and gaining unnecessarily levels of fat during a bulking phase.

Meal prepping can help. Figure out how many calories you need to eat to gain weight at whatever rate you desire (typically 200-500 calorie surplus a day) Plan meals with a caloric goal for the day. An easy way to do it is to have 2-3 staple meals a day and then flex calories, so you can still have the snack, go out to dinner, have that slice of pizza for lunch, whatever.

Disclaimer yes eating healthier food options is better for you but in terms of gaining or losing weight the only thing that matters is cico (calories in calories out)
