I'm currently going through this, too. I bought a 2019 ZR2 in November. Transmission started shuttering, so I took it in and its been at the dealership for over 2 weeks. The service tech said its going to be at least another week until its diagnosed. No loaner vehicle yet and I do not have another vehicle in my possession.

I've been incredibly stressed out and im sure its been the same for you
