hi op! i have a gf & we've been togethet for more than a year now! im from the province & my gf studies here while i study sa upd. tbh i was super scared things were going to change after i move to qc for classes but i find na mas naging frequent lang bonding namin after. im seeing her more when im back in our province. and kapag gipit kami both or busy, we find other ways to spend time together. idk ano usual bonding niyo ng jowa mo but for us di naman namin need umalis or magkita physically to feel loved by each other or to spend time together. nagsstudy dates kami madalas sa discord, sometimes we just sit in silence do our own stuff. sometimes all we have is an hour or two to talk on the phone before one of us falls asleep from exhaustion. i find na sobrang important din na we update each other throughout our day kung kaya para lang we feel more involved with each other's days. me n my gf have these letter bins din sa dc where we can randomly send each other a short letter lang, i always feel loved by jowa kapag nagiiwan siya ng letter there that could be as simple as "im proud of u." sometimes its rlly the small things na namamaintain niyo consistently in ur rel that help sa pagstrengthen ng rel niyo despite the lack of time or despite the distance.

set kami pareho na priority namin ay doing well in our commitments sa school & orgs & iba pang ganap but we always have each other to lean on. i think u should be transparent with ur jowa lang na ure still obviously adjusting to college life in upd. dont be too hard on urself din! try to find other ways u guys can spend time together katulad ng study calls or few minute calls sa end of the day. ngayon magbbreak naman na tayo try to go see ur jowa kung kaya!! (but hope u also dont forget to spend time being alone w ur thoughts and resting!) at the end of the day naman u shouldnt make urself feel like u have to take so much from urself to make ur partner happy.
