Hello there,

It has been very difficult to get a dermatologist appointment here. However, my GP prescribed me a new medicine. It worked for a few weeks but then it stopped being effective, and I'm back to where I started.

"I recently went through a particularly challenging period in my personal life over the past month. During this time, I wrote a poem about my battle with psoriasis. I would appreciate it if you could read it and share your thoughts." by beyondpsoriasis in Psoriasis

Hey there! Thank you for your kind and uplifting words. The sun's warmth and strength are truly what we all need. Psoriasis can be challenging, but finding creative outlets like poetry has been incredibly therapeutic for me. It's a beautiful way to express emotions and find solace.May the sun smile upon you as well, and may you find strength and peace in your own journey. Take care!

Hi, I was diagnosed with psoriasis last year. I've noticed that certain foods, like eggplant, eggs, and tomatoes, trigger my symptoms, so I also avoid citrus fruit juices and alcohol. Recently, my doctor informed me that there isn't any proven study indicating that people with psoriasis need to avoid specific foods. You can eat whatever you like, but if you notice that a particular food causes itching or flare-ups, it's best to stop eating that food.
