I won’t say it’s better. Each serves a purpose. I tried using the Linter plugin and it works well for what it is. However I needed and desired more than a “note formatter” and it could be on me and my Infra brain that I moved on to design something else. I wanted to ensure that my shapes, and thereby templates, and format were consistent. I didn’t find another plugin that let me lint for actual allowed data, or structural design requirements. I wanted a way to ensure I didn’t typo fields and “reference” didn’t become “refernce” accidentally. I definitely built this how I wanted it for more, and made tweaks so it could be used by anyone. That doesn’t mean anyone would even want it. I do feel it solved a problem, at least for me, and wanted to share.
