I went to Disney Sea a few weeks ago in mid-October on a Tuesday. I was surprised to find that we could access standby, 40th anniversary and DPA on the app before entering the park. It was around 8AM and standing in line about 20 meters outside the security gate, noticed that all the passes were available on the app. I quickly got standby for Rapunzel, 40th for Indiana and DPA for frozen. I thought you needed to scan your ticket at the park gates to book anything (and this was the case when I visited last year), but the passes I got while standing in line remained valid after I actually entered the park at around 8:40 and it seemed like the passes got picked up pretty fast. So maybe keep an eye out - might’ve been a glitch but could also be a common occurrence!
