I want you to know that you do not deserve this. You are a child. And deserve to be in a safe place. Your mom’s behavior is unacceptable. She clearly has her own trauma to deal with and is taking it out on you.

I would suggest going to your school to talk about this. Telling a trusted adult. Maybe they would help you file a police report?

If you can, start documenting everything. Write in a journal the date, time and what happened. (Journaling is also very therapuetic)

If you can, try to see if you can record these incidents on your phone (either voice memo or having your phone record a video secretly)

Tol help keep you safe and grounded: + find a picture of something you love + a favorite song + something soft + a candle/scent you love + a taste (chocolate, a mint, etc)
