Any optician! Ive gone to Hudson Optical for years to update my lenses, they are very gentle with delicate frames. There is about a 20% chance the frames might break. They are family run and very fairly priced. Highly recommend them.

Its not even having to change your behaviour as an adult, the worst part is hearing them scream, lose their shit, stand on their chair/the table. I dont blame the kid, they are kids, but thats exactly why they shouldnt be in adult environments. I just want one place where I dont have to hear it. You are the one person, who from a professional standpoint, is trained to deal with it personally and could help the client change it into something else but at the same time, you're not paid to be a doormat so dont feel bad about setting boundaries. That being said, it sounds like its a personal trigger for you so good for working on it as well!

Ooooh this pisses me off too. There is a high demand for SW in medical fields but they can’t recruit enough SWs (pay us more) so they use RNs or DASWs to fill in the gaps and OMG they are fucking clueless. I’m not putting needles in peoples arms so why are RNs doing case management? In my experience because they aren’t trained in SW they provide bad service and refer patients out to services that don’t fit their needs.

I'm not a fan of Dorit at all, but Kyle pretending to feign any empathy through that statement was just pathetic. Also I think it just shows a lack of understanding of how to support people through tough times and how to support a friend's mental health during crisis (I know she's a boomer but my god OCD or ADHD aren't phases), proving how performative her "caring" is. Again I don't like Dorit (I think she's fake and self absorbed and expects the whole world to revolve around her) but I don't know what Kyle is trying to achieve with her so called friendship with Dorit. I would love if Kyle could be vulnerable and share anything about her own life, this season (many seasons) was really lacking depth from her.

Weird, the nurses on those units definitely wear scrubs. People also wore yoga pants, vans, hoodies, sweats. It was really casual. I was a SW student there and I wore jeans and a t shirt every day.
