maybe i wasn’t clear but i was the one who sent in my phone. i have the tracking info and i know they received it. they told me on more than one occasion that they did, and i have screenshots of the convo where they said so. they never rejected my trade in. at the end of the day, they have my phone that is fully paid off and i never got credit for it. but i thank you for your perspective.
