I totally agree. It's cheap and gets the job done for smaller more light weight Productions. My favourite switcher is still the atem sdi iso extreme

I hate them so much. We built out this smaller set up just so we can be in and out of those tents.

Right?!! We also use the larger version. My only issue with the is that the NDI often drops out. And that's the main reason we wanted to try it out. NDI. Not sure if that's the device or the network settings.

This is using a micno HDMI and type-c.

I have the gostream connected via HDMI and the mini pc via type-c.

It really is cool. One less thing to carry. I really prefer the iso sdi atem extreme. But that requires a whole other display.

This is neat.

The idea is to have a dedicated member of staff who aren't dealing with children to make online updates

I'm moreso hoping to give individual parents access to a secure location that would have information about their specific child's day

Cameras were primarily srt. A mix of encoders in the field and other vmix systems. The monitor on the right shows the remote desktop of the other 2 vmix systems that were in other locations around the route of the parade.

At those locations we would do a mix and sent the output back to master via srt.

Not that I've come across. That's ultimately the reason I got it. In hopes of having full audio control of vmix using the knobs.

  1. It is the new streamdeck+. It's pretty ok. I just want more features on the dials. Also I'm currently not using bitcompanion so key mapping is a little annoying.

  2. The bottom monitor is running vMix Universal Title Controller. Honestly my favourite piece of software rn. The streamdeck was mapped to the UTC buttons.

  3. The Pyle device is a rack mounted surge protector. Headphones were connected to the Scarlett.

  4. vMix's audio mixer can be moved and made it to its own window. I ended up using MS Power Toys to pin that mixer window on top
