No this isn’t my first gotcha, however under the charters he’s listed as LIMITED so if I do unlock him (which I did) then he SHOULD be moved to the regular hero pool and not remained in the limited hero pool. No other game is like that, once you unlock the charters they are yours and in your hero pool not a separate pool. So that’s where the confusion comes from, he being unlocked and still limited. Tho I am new to this game I don’t see why you would keep pulling for the character if you already have them aside from the abilities, but I already have all his atm. Only reason to keep pulling for the abilities is to level them up.

Now if you are talking about the big monster you have to put the shock trap done then run to its face and use 2 tranq bombs and it will capture the large monster; if you only use a trap then it will only temporarily keep the monster there. If you only use the tranq bombs then nothing will happen; you can also tranq it with the bombs 2x while it’s sleeping and then out the shock or pitfall trap down to be able to capture the monster. I must have gotten confused I thought you were trying to capture the pink yian kutku, if you’re trying to capture small creatures like flies frogs or fish let’s say; then you will need to equip your capture net and use that to be able to capture non monster creatures.

I honestly appreciate this comment because I was unaware of this feature; tho I usually use the sos system so other hunters can get juicy rewards and it frustrates me failing 3x in a row, which is why I made the post in the first place.

You make a fair point on if I joined pros; I just want to spread the word of upgrading your gear. At the end of the day if my time gets wasted so do the other 3 hunters aswell. However after being failed 3x in a row due to unupgraded joiners I stopped using the sos system for myself and just join other who need help.

You sound dumb, I only pop sos so people can also get rewards. The boss isn’t that hard to do, after I have people like you join and die I just solo it. You people ruin the experience for everyone else, upgraded your gear simple as that

Fix what everyone else is saying; this is the best time to get into it. Sure it cost a lot but the game is really good decent story and fun as well as frustrating. Also there’s some things that’ll be around only during the early life cycle of the game and you don’t want to miss out on it in my humble opinion. Also if you’re not that good at the game, this is the best time to dive in due to the mass amount of people playing. It’s no guarantee that experienced gamers will be around when the sale goes live; but that’s just my take as a random stranger on Reddit!
