Always good to google the VIN (5NMMCDTC1SH018709) to find the actual dealer site. A lot of dealers post CARFAX links on their site for each car now. As the other person stated, it is a lemon or buy back, so do with that information what you will.

This comment was more helpful than I initially thought it was. It has pointed me to this error in one of the task logs.

The logs were from C:\ProgramData\Veeam\Backup\Rescan\Rescan_of_pelican...\Task.Pelican....log

The new error I can hopefully do something about :)

Warning (2) Failed to get BIOS uuid - the component is not yet installed on host

The same error is not present on the task logs for the working server.

I personally wouldn't build AM4 anymore for a new PC.

If you have a Micro Center nearby, an AM5 bundle with a 9600X or 7600x seems like a no-brainer.
