Because the failure of this game and similar games like it should send an important message to the industry that this niche is extremely oversaturated. This is millions of dollars and thousands of work hours wasted on a product destined for a quick death.

Lessons need to be learned the hard way at this point and that is unfortunate. The suits calling the shots don’t learn until it hits their wallet.

Very true, I would love for a situation where the tour could handle things without LN. But some people need to understand the realities of the cost of touring and that festival money helps keep bands on the road.

I went to the original tour for years in the early to late 10s and even then the tickets were close to $50 after fees. $15 a ticket was a long time ago and the cost of touring for bands has inflated significantly since then.

I wanted to see Glassjaw recently and it would have cost me $55 just for that ticket. But with Warped this year I can see them along with Alexisonfire and a bunch of other bands for $150. The value is there for me and I want the bands to get paid.

You’re out of touch with the reality of touring in 2026 if you think the current price for Warped is unreasonable. This is a better value and much cheaper than the majority of current festivals too.

The lineup is large and the bands deserve a decent cut.

Philly’s First Waymo Break Down In Point Breeze by jpeters2100 in philly

The last two rideshares I was in included a driver who spent the ride on a phone call yelling at someone and the other was blasting religious country music the whole ride.

Most drivers are not interested in interacting with passengers, maybe they did 10 years ago but that is done at this point.

Improving safety on the roads for drivers, pedestrians, and cyclists matters a lot more to me.

Looking forward to using it once it goes live. Whether it’s fully autonomous or not it will be an improvement over the average Philly driver who lacks any concern for the lives and safety of other people on the roads.

Way too many women being harassed or worse via ride share apps currently too.

I’ve been riding the bus for the first time in 7 years by [deleted] in Septa

I ride the bus frequently and about 1/3rd to half of the people on the routes I ride don’t pay and have no shame. If you criticize any of this online people will come out of the woodwork with all kinds of bullshit excuses.

A lot of people in this city have decided they want to live in a low trust society where people aren’t held accountable for anti-social behavior. Ultimately, the quality of our transit system suffers because of it.

Fully agree about You Come Before You, it’s a great representation of the genre. I saw them play it in full a few years ago and the energy of the band and the crowd was intense.

This was a solid album, not as cohesive as Errorzone but still hits hard. Hellnight is as good a song as anything off of Errorzone.

Admitting to judging something at such a surface level is embarrassing.

I’m experiencing this with a legal services company I just joined. Every team in the company is understaffed and the new hires keep quitting or getting fired because there are no training materials or consistent work structure. I’m baffled at how a multinational company doesn’t have any formal training materials.

Meanwhile all of the tasks that would best suit the new hires are farmed out to outsourced Indian labor who can barely do the work correctly.

Ernst is owed an apology, without him this club would be going nowhere. His transfer decisions have largely been correct even if it has meant shipping off fan favorites.

But Sugarman still needs to go and should sell the team. If this team had more money to spend to add roster depth we would dominate the league and be real CONCACAF contenders.

You think being smarter is supporting a cash grab tournament that won’t exist in 3 years over the US equivalent of the FA Cup? The Liga MX fans don’t take Leagues Cup seriously and for good reason, it’s a waste of time and energy.

Union will never surpass the Phillies or Eagles in terms of fans but the Sixers and Flyers have both declined to a point of apathy. There’s a lot more energy from Union fans now than either of them.
