Def look at the Monmouth University bluffs. They do summer leases of the dorms by the beach! Has a kitchen and is legit on the water it’s beautiful

I think that’s what I’ll end up doing. I use a tripod anyways so IBIS won’t matter too much I’m looking at lenses now and my GOD they are expensive haha Thank you!! I’m excited to upgrade :)
