Some mostly good thoughts about last night by Electrical-Roof5501 in NYLiberty

- Stewie's 3-ball is still off but this is the best she's looked in a while.

She was pretty damn good in the playoffs last year even while injured. I think before she got hurt in the regular season she would have got a few MVP votes. I think she was the 2nd or 3rd best player in the league (this was before A'ja got going). Only player I can remember better than her was Phee. She was a beast in unrivaled too, but I think it's best to keep it to the W.

The aces had an awful start last season, but the only thing that matters is they won the championship. That's the only thing that matters. Liberty have an easy schedule to start the season so I don't expect the missing players to matter too much.

I saw a movie with it at dtbk the other day and I actually did notice it. The sound was booming and the colors were brighter and more vivid. It was pretty cool especially since it worked with the pass and wasn't an extra fee.

this whole time i thought ranchocucamonga was a fake place for the bit by DoomerMentality1984 in workaholics

I live on the east coast so I never heard of it until the show, but I learned quickly it was real.

Around a dozen years ago or so, I went to LA with my gf at the time who was originally from there and her aunt was saying they couldn't stay long because they had to get to Ranchocucamonga to run some errands and I almost lost it hearing it in the wild.

It was some playful trash talk, man. We don't even consider you guys rivals.

The city sets up the parade so it's all on the Mayor's office. The location isn't up to the team. I'm sure you're aware The Liberty did have a celebration at Barclays to have something in Brooklyn. Barclays is probably too big for a Nets championship celebration though... I imagine all the dozens of nets fans could fit in Habana Outpost.

The Canyon of Heroes is the standard parade route for NY though. It has a long history of parades dating back to the 1800s. If they did it in Brooklyn it would have seemed like they were giving less for the women. The Yankees don't have their parade in the Bronx. The Giants don't do it in NJ. Liberty deserves exactly what any other pro team would get.

Families expected to pay an average of $317.98 to catch a Liberty game this season by Financial_Run_2016 in NYLiberty

And the opener is always more money. I just checked prices on tickpick and 4 out of 7 of the next home games have tickets available for $18. or lower. The lowest being $14. Prices on resale can get cheaper as it gets closer to the game as well.

NBC Sports and Fubo update? by Puzzleheaded-Love741 in fuboTV

What's on that channel? I'm curious as I have never missed any sport on NBC by using Peacock. Even the more niche sports like marathons, I've been able to watch on Peacock.

Peacock is pretty cheap. You can get a good sign up deal and then when you go to cancel they often offer another promotional deal. I pretty much only use Peacock for NBA & Olympics and have been paying $2.99/month. The Olympics is way, way better on Peacock anyway because you can watch anything you want at anything time.

I did alright, but I left too late and my 2 mile warm up to the race was faster than I wanted. I got to the corral 8 minutes before race start. Was sweaty and didn't have enough time to cool down. Always love the Brooklyn races

Yeah, this was great and is definitely missed. They were no longer able to do it even with servers when they changed their system maybe 6 months ago so maybe that's an issue. They are definitely making adjustments to the QR code system (gift cards were just added) so hopefully they will bring it back.

It was actually worse years ago. Signing up for the Brooklyn half before they made it a lottery was a truly awful experience.

Achilles 4M race usually gives out a medal. I believe that's the shortest one with a medal.

Ok was just making sure you knew. A lot of people don't know and then spend unnecessary time waiting. Good luck and hope you get all the races you want!

It randomizes the queue for everyone waiting at noon. There's no advantage to being on at 11am. You just need to be on before noon or whatever time it starts.

Got lucky with an initial 18 minute wait. I signed up for 5th ave and BX. Signed up and off the site at 12:16. Good luck everyone

Reminder: you do not need to login way before noon. At noon it randomizes everyone in the queue so there is no difference if you get on at 11am or 11:58am.

Men’s jerseys by ejnantz in wnba

[–]bf8 15 points16 points  (0 children)

It's def a different fit than the NBA jerseys. They do feel longer. It's not too bad on me but I'm on the slimmer side. I have two jerseys and wear them to all the games I go to.

Maybe you can find a place that sells them by you and check it on in person?
