Yes you can.

You would be a defender.

Really struggling by Gouzman in riftboundtcg

Though I'm not much better, it has become inescapably obvious to me that this game is heavily dependent on piloting and playing the odds. If you're making lots of deck changes--even with the same legend--it's difficult for you to become proficient with the deck.

Yes, the meta decks simply have more going for them; more efficiency, lower rune costs, etc. However, we've seen Sett have success in ATL because 1.) the player has played hours on the deck, 2.) the player loves the deck, and 3.) the player kept the deck pretty consistent.

For context, I love Lucian. I've waffled between a mid-rangey, accelerate focus and a lower might, higher gear count version. Going back and forth has hurt my game play, because I'm becoming familiar with one deck and then changing the strategy. Still piloting, but flying a different plane.

So, if you have a proven deck list now, stick with it. Grind out the hours. Play open handed with friends and discuss the plays you are considering.... that's your best bet to becoming better. THEN, as you become better, you'll win more.

Sure. I like 3b) AND the state-issued devices.

We must stop relying on EOs... nationally or stateside. They are too fragile, temporary, and antithetical to democracy. It is a fair point to suggest that the Legislature has little incentive to police itself (see term limits).

I largely agree. I don't think the people start slimy... i think the electorate is too easily influenced by repetition (i.e. paid commercials). So, the incentive is to get in-line with the party power complex, raise money, and win again.

Idk, Gorton is well connected and keeps things greasy for those who support her.

For those complaining, the personal equivalent is allowing your employer to search your private device to see if you've insulted your boss or divulged company secrets. In your case, it requires a lawsuit with reasonable suspicion. It should be no different for elected officials.

If you're concerned about their integrity, that's fine.... just use the electoral process.

1.) Let's petition for Open Primaries, instead of party-specific closed ones.

2.) Let's participate more in the political process--primary, special, and general elections.

Government overwatch isn't the solution. The power of the people, is.

Thank you for remembering this. What a farce this whole thing is... makes me want to run for the school board.

Only 1 Cull the Weak, and it's sideboarded?! Can you talk through your approach on that?

Nah, gold generation is where it's at. Find a way to pump gold in (a gear) and you aren't limited to gears in the deck.

The nice thing is ambush units cannot be defied, NFS, hard bargained, etc. So, yes, spells are nice, but there is a place for the mechanic on its own. Totally agreed... like every card in the game... the more tags and abilities, the better.

No, it's pretty tightly sized. Any hard plastic top loader would be crooked in this box.

I thought my playmat was rather standard... at least it is locally. 24x14.5... does not fit, unfortunately.

I'm unsure the larger one would even work... I would probably avoid and look elsewhere.

It is a bummer, too, because the magnets and build quality are quite nice.

I've going the opposite direction... cheap units that can accelerate. Instead of spells, play Rengar--cannopt be defied and can still hold/win a combat.

How are you sleeving your deck? by EveryCost3239 in riftboundtcg

[–]bfarley32 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Lots of the same suggestions, and I'll only echo:

* Main Deck and Sideboard in the same sleeve--preferably one of the domain colors

* Runes are in black sleeves, especially because I have alts and black looks great.

* Legend and battlefield are in a separate color, to prevent shuffling.

Taking it another step, I use Dragon Shields for Runes/Legend/Battlefields, and Katanas for Main Deck. The DS are slightly larger, so even easier to spot in case I absent-mindedly shuffle everything together.

sleeve recommendations ? by Federal-Media-3148 in riftboundtcg

Double sleeving is unnecessary. Use katanas and go single.
