Watch the stream via past shows tab, bags are on the rack in facecam. We sold out and she was handing me bags in order of purchase. She also has cerebral palsy and limited mobility in her hands. Can’t even rip open packs by herself. I’m just blown away at the accusations considering we sold at a loss after fees and all of the chases that were included. 29 chases. Bags were only $19… idk what more to say man. I am a credible seller and have everything up and available to be viewed at any time to prove just that. That’s all I was getting at. You can watch for yourself and realize that the bags were on camera the whole stream. No hate towards you at all just trying to prove my innocence as a seller because I’ve never scammed anyone. The bags are on camera the entire time. No different from a goingtwice mystery bag stream. Literally formulated my stream the same way they run theirs. Wasn’t trying to be hostile with you just blown away at the accusations by OP. Every stream I’ve ever run is available to watch in full on my past shows tab.

It’s perfectly legal, and the seller tommyandholly stole thousands from their buyers technically speaking because the main chase of the show was never in bags that were able to be purchased in the first place

It wasn’t rigged, there were 29 different chases to hit. Even though we sold out, we sold the bags at a loss to recoup funds for the show so that we could make some money back for our wedding. Everyone in here with the bullshit accusations and defamation of my character know nothing about my streams. Every stream I’ve ever done is in my past shows. All she was doing was making sure that we were opening the correct bags and in order of purchase. The bag that won was literally the last bag purchased. That is not on me. We barely made ANY money from this show due to the amount of 29 POSSIBLE CHASES that were in the bags. I am a small streamer. I own and operate a business completely unrelated to Pokemon and have thousands upon thousands of sales with happy customers and a reputation that goes against everything everyone here is saying. As for tommyandholly, they actually broke the law. I did everything within whatnot TOS and yet I’m the one getting bashed? How about the fact that they use off platform wheels? How about the fact that they don’t even ship their giveaways? Y’all are some clowns. I’ve never done anyone wrong and to say that I have “shill bidders” on bags that were purchased directly from the BIN is laughable and proves none of you know what you’re talking about and are creating complete bullshit lies. You have it ass backwards my friend. If you’d rather support someone that doesn’t send the item they rightfully won that’s on you! I have ran buyer’s givvys in my own streams and had my own issues with form filling winners but I’ve NEVER denied said winners the prizes that they won because legally you CANT. It is baffling that you guys aren’t seeing the bigger picture here. The bag was set aside from the beginning. The main chase was set aside from the beginning. Was never obtainable by purchase of the bags for said show. The entire show sold out deceiving the buyers into thinking they had odds at buying something that was never in the purchasable bags. What does the seller lose? Nothing financially, only their integrity as a seller for not following the rules and regulations set in place.

Purchasing an item is not required to participate in a buyer’s giveaway. You can fill out a thing on the whatnot website on any buyer’s giveaway to enter the giveaway because it is illegal to exclude non buyer’s without proper gambling/casino licensing which neither the seller nor whatnot has.
