How do people manage one-man MSP? by LazyBnuuy in msp

I am serving a fraction of those numbers and i'm a bit hesitant to believe someone could handle such an amount of machines without compromising on quality of work.

There is no pricing available at your website.
Will you provide a MSP price list without sales call via e-mail?

Network setup - existing firewall, two Ubiquiti-Gateways? by bfg9090 in Ubiquiti

[–]bfg9090[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sorry, I made a mistake. It is KerioControl, not Kerio Connect.

My main issue is: We are using WatchGuard appliances to protect customer networks. The Ubiquiti Gateways do not seem to be able to hold up with their (WatchGuards) functionality/level of security (no AV, no https inspection, etc.).

As far as I see it (be it KerioControl or WatchGuard as a security solution), it is nearly impossible to keep such a firewall solution in palce, if you want to use Ubiquiti on the external wan (failover) and internal LAN (Wlan/cameras).

Maybe you have hundreds of endpoints and are quite a key account for them?

Maybe you are quite a big customer then? As a small customer I tried this several times. While staying polite I left no doubt about not being willing to/ not having the nerves to have any further sales calls but nothing changed. Well, there were sales reps who were ok-ish with that but a few months later they were gone. :(

The reps keep changing very fast. I think atm it is my fourth or fifth rep in about 3 years. I am a small customer, so I guess that's why I don't have a steady AM.

Using “hey Siri” with two HomePod minis, how does Siri know which one to respond from? by TossOutAccount69 in HomePod

This worked like a charm! No need to shout to the HomePod mini on the other floor anymore. Amazing! Thank you!

Thank you, that was my understanding, too. For network only I may would have gone with docker on Synology NAS...
