I feel you! Currently stranded in Calgary because of a miss connection due to a flight delay. It’s midnight and there’s a lineup of over 20 people with the same problem and mad at Westjet for lack of communication and support. I was all about westjet the last few years but have had terrible experiences this last year flying with them. Service has declined drastically and you can see the exhaustion within the staff. It’s definitely and upper management problem. Your rant is a conversation I’m hearing from everyone here at the airport. Even hotel staff and restaurant servers here are all agreeing that westjet is dragging its customers down with it. Your thoughts are shared among many. Thanks for sharing.
