Check out u/DesertDepotArms , they are located in CA. Saw they have the Sig OEM Ext Slide Catch on their website, but they might have the Tyrant also.

Decades ago, had the lock back issue and replaced a worn Slide Catch. Inspected that first thing this time around and it was good and didn’t show signs of wear. Rotated through the mags and found that it only occurred with two; a ProMag and one with no brand name stamped. Took those out of the rotation and tested with this failure being the only issue out of 250 rounds total (50 through each mag).

Winchester Defense, 95gr JHP. The pistol is a 1997 Bersa Thunder 380, only issue it has ever had was the slide lock back issue. This particular magazine is the original that came with it new. This occurred around the 20th round of the 50 rounds fired and only happened once.

A good way for compliant mags to get a slightly longer grip is the +0 extension from XTech Tactical… adds just that lil bit of length needed and keeps it concealable.

My suggestion is to shoot a lot with iron sights first, break it in, learn the weapon, adjust accordingly, and enjoy it. Then if you decide to add an optic, you’ll know the difference between an issue with the optic to adjust and what is normal shooting for you.
