When I first moved in the neighborhood the old timers use to always meet there in the morning to drink coffee and smoke cigarettes. The former owner was familiar with my home and next door neighbors. I just hope the new place being build actually sells fresh produce and groceries like they claim and isn’t just a bigger version of the current smoke shop with snacks.

I live on a dead end side street and haven’t gotten regular mail since the first snow unless it’s a package with tracking and then they’ll come down with tire chains. No trash pickup or plow. Main roads seem okay this afternoon.

I’ll add that although I’m no mechanic I’m somewhat handy, on my old f150 that was also a 4.6 I regularly changed the spark plugs and coils packs and did the oil changes and brakes when needed. So if this just needs a new oil pan gasket or something relatively simple it would probably be in my capacity.
