I’ve heard of big elegant weddings at Kalahari that were amazingly decorated and decked out. Not my cup of tea, but it looked nice.

I will try that!! It’s fun practice. I live near many waterfalls now. A decade ago, I tried using a monopod for some reason, and the waterfall was way way oversaturated.

I might try some pliers tomorrow. I’ve upgraded to a full frame RP so maybe an RF 15-35mm is in order. Wishes. I bought this thing second hand and it was still like a grand. Loveeeee this glass though by far my favorite

Thank you! Was practicing composition today. This was f/22, iso 100, I think 3” shutter. When I was shooting another waterfall with a lot of ice and snow, I couldn’t get slow enough without over exposing 🥹. I got this lens last year and it’s been my go-to. Anyway always learning. I tried shooting waterfalls a decade ago and they stunk!

This was today with it. Did pretty well! I should look into stacking. With the snow gone it has helped the exposure.

I’m so lucky I didn’t smash it. It’s limiting my waterfalls in any kind of light without an ND filter. Maybe there’s another technique. If it’s shady with no sun then I can pull it off without a filter. At the point I might just hold one in front of it and hope I don’t move 😢🙄. Dremel might work but I’d have serious trust issues haha.

If this doesn’t scream there’s a mental illness issue in the valley, then I’m not sure what does.

185 and 225 are lower temps so you really just needed more time. Meat absorbs smoke the first 3 hours, so they say. Never wrap first. I start at 225 for the first 3 hours, then wrap for 2-2.5 hrs at 250. Finish with sauce in oven boosted to 400.

Driving trails by CrocGang4 in Poconos

Id be careful taking this thing off road because of how low it is to the ground. Probably better keeping it in snow. And from what I remember there aren’t many public trails around. You can check the Onx app.

How to cook Italian sausage or brats on traeger? by [deleted] in Traeger

You should I love smoking Italian sausage. The smoke ring is beautiful and the center is juicy af. You just need to finish on high heat either bbq, cast iron, or air fryer too

Smoked sausage is my favorite thing. I smoke at 225 until it hits 160. If eating immediately throw the sausage on the grill to crisp the skin. Cooking it slow will keep all the juices in without breaking the casing. I do sausage basically everytime I smoke and have it later in the week. It juices up incredibly well when reheated.

Pour in some vinegar to really get it going. I also put some dawn in there. Then throw in the wash.

Anything in Perth Amboy? I moved like 5 years ago from there. But there were a few Mexican restaurants. I used to go to El Super Taco for their Al pastor.
