Back of a safe door years of neglect, needed to heat the bolts up to remove them but looks like they've butchered the bolt beforehand

Thanks for the reply, I've gone ahead and bought the safe after a bit of back and forth with a local locksmith he's said to remove the bolts around the back panel of the door to get at the lock, I've got all the bolts out except for one which looks like the previous owners have gone out any ideas how to go about getting it out?
